Product Introduction

This smoke and heat combined detector detects smoke particles by infrared diodes, with a built-in heat sensor that triggers alarm at 57℃ ±2.7℃.

The detection principle: smoke particles reflect infrared light inside a special optical chamber. The chamber blocks external ambient light while allowing smoke to flow in freely. When there is no smoke, the infrared receiver only picks up extremely weak light. Once smoke enters the chamber, reflected infrared light gradually increases. When smoke density reaches the threshold, the detector activates alarm signals.

To reduce interference and cut power consumption, the transmitting circuit adopts pulse signal design. Featuring exclusive structural design & ASIC chip, the detector delivers mothproof performance and strong resistance against external light interference.

Suitable for fire smoke monitoring in houses, shops, hotels, restaurants, office buildings, schools, banks, libraries, computer rooms and warehouses.

Installation & Operation Guide

1. Battery Installation The photoelectric smoke heat detector is shipped with batteries separated. Unwrap batteries and install them into the battery compartment. You must connect batteries correctly before mounting the detector on ceiling or wall. It can only work normally in DC mode with proper battery connection.
2. Mounting Steps Choose a proper position (normally ceiling center). Fix the mounting base first, align the detector body with base and twist to lock.
3. Function Test after Installation Press the test button to verify detector performance. Red LED flashes once per second, and the detector emits loud 85dB pulsating alarm tone. You can press the test button regularly for inspection.
4. Low Battery Reminder When battery voltage drops below 2.6V, the red indicator flashes every 40 seconds, and the detector beeps once every 40 seconds to remind battery replacement.

Notice

❌ Do NOT install the photoelectric smoke heat detector in extreme environments: excessive cold, high heat or heavy dust.

✅ Weekly test is required to ensure normal function.

✅ Clean the detector with soft brush every 6 months to maintain detection sensitivity and service life. Remember cut off power before cleaning.

✅ If the detector emits a single beep every 40 seconds: either battery voltage is low or sensing chamber is dirty. Replace battery immediately.
